Anil Murali started his acting career in 1993 with the Malayalam film, “Kanyakumariyil Oru Kavitha.” Next, he appeared in films like “Daivathinte Vikrithikal” (1994), “Stalin Sivadas” (1999), “Valathottu Thirinjal Nalamathe Veedu” (2003), “Nerariyan CBI” (2005), and “Chanthupottu” (2005). Some of his popular Malayalam films include “Ivar,” “Lion,” “Babakalyani,” “Nasrani,” “City of God,” and “Amen.”

He made his television debut in 2005 with the TV series, “Kadamattathu Kathanar.” Subsequently, he appeared in TV serials like “Sindhooracheppu,” “Chakravakam,” “Kadamatathachan,” and “Akashadoothu.” Anil made his Telugu film debut in 2011 with the film, “Ragile Kasi.” He, then, appeared in the Telugu film, “Janda Pai Kapiraju” (2015).
