In 2003, Mohit made his Bollywood debut with Rohit Shetty‘s film ‘Zameen’ in which he played the role of a terrorist.

He appeared as ‘Chief Security’ in the film ‘Dhoom 2’ in 2006. His role as ‘Uttam Singh’ in the movie ‘Chak De! India (2007) received immense love from the audience.
